The Battle over Power

Question like"What  do women want?" usually remain without an ideal answer. Similarly, question regarding the division  of labor and inequality between man and women have no clear -cut answers.Many women would agree that they are the once under the pressure of doing most of the work in the home on the top of having a career. When measuring equality between women and men, it is wrong to compare workplace and home responsibilities held by two genders.Women have achieved gender equality in the workplace.When it comes to participation in housework, the focus is on issue and shortcomings of man who actually increased their contribution to housework in the last few decades.In today's society issue like equality among the genders are participation of man in family duties would bring different response from different individuals.In some families a father has a focus on a carrier to keep family financially stable.As for the equality among the genders in work field, women are already as powerful as man.
